It seems like every time there’s a big entertainment industry event, Rihanna is there.  And this weekend’s American Music Awards shindig is no exception.

The “Take a Bow” songstress was spotted hard at work on the Nokia Theater stage last night (November 20), focused on her live performance this weekend.

And according to reports, Rihanna isn’t holding anything back for her AMA gig, as she’s making use of plenty of pyrotechnics and special effects.

In addition to the “Disturbia” singer, artists such as Beyonce Knowles, Christina Aguilera, the Jonas Brothers, Leona Lewis, Taylor Swift, Mariah Carey, and Miley Cyrus are all scheduled to perform.
