They’ve been tooling around Western Europe for the past few days, and last night Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson turned up in Essex, England.

The “Labor Pains” lady and her deejay lover arrived at Faces nightclub where Ronson was spinning for the night.  Both ladies looked a bit annoyed at the paparazzi presence, though they didn’t let that keep them from having a marvelous night out.

And it sounds like LiLo is once again sparking engagement rumors, this time by sporting some left hand bling for the world to see.

During Ronson’s deejaying gig at Cafe de Paris in London, Lindsay showed off a heart-shaped ring on her middle finger, though she moved it to her engagement finger before the night was over.

An eyewitness told press, “They seemed very reserved.  Lindsay came out on stage for five minutes, checked in with Sam and then left her to DJ alone for three hours.  If they are in love, they were definitely playing it cool.”
