Wherever she goes, it seems she’s stirring up a scene, and earlier today Paris Hilton caused some commotion while out shopping in London’s Notting Hill district.

The “Simple Life” starlet posed for photographers during her retail therapy session at the Question Air boutique, giving a full-on fashion show to spectators before heading over to shop for handbags at Jamin’ Puech.

And it seems that Miss Hilton’s run-in with Prince William last week at a Mayfair pub has resulted in her inviting the British Royal out to Las Vegas to help her celebrate the opening of her new club.

An inside source told press, “Paris and Wills really hit it off in the club.  William gave her his Blackberry number and email address after Paris thrust him hers.  She then sent him a cheeky text the following day, basically saying ‘thanks for a super-fun evening’. Some of William’s mates saw it and have been taking the mick (British slang for making fun of him) ever since.”

Unfortunately for the “Stars Are Blind” songstress, it doesn’t seem William will be able to accept her invitation.  “Although flattered by her attentions, William doesn’t think he can justify the jaunt - and has politely turned her down.  But he’s definitely up for a few drinks the next time Paris is in town.”
