We watched her grow up on the hit television show “7th Heaven,” and now Beverley Mitchell has just tied the knot with accountant Michael Cameron!

The couple was married in Ravello, Italy, as Mitchell, 27, looked stunning wearing a wedding gown by Melisa Sweet while Cameron, 27, sported a classy tux by Kenneth Cole.

Among the hundreds of guests were Beverley’s former co-star Jessica Biel and her boyfriend Justin Timberlake, as well as fellow “7th Heaven” alum Mackenzie Rosman.

Cameron proposed to his lovely wife with a 3.5-carat yellow diamond ring by designer Louis Glick at a New Year’s Eve party in Colorado back in 2005. “They are a really good fit for each other,” a source close to the couple explained. “Her friends and family are thrilled.”
